Ledgerstone Property Management provides professional property management services including, but not limited to:
The specific services provided and fees are governed by the individual Property Management Agreement executed between the Company and each client.
To engage our services, clients must execute a written Property Management Agreement with Ledgerstone Property Management. That agreement, together with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of any conflict, the Property Management Agreement shall control.
4.1 Monthly Management Fees: Calculated as a percentage of monthly rent collected as specified in your Property Management Agreement, deducted before disbursement to the owner.
4.2 Tenant Placement Fee: A one-time fee charged upon successful placement of a qualified tenant, as specified in the Property Management Agreement.
4.3 Maintenance Costs: Deducted from owner reserves or rent proceeds. Owner approval is required for expenditures exceeding the threshold specified in the Property Management Agreement.
4.4 Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify fees with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to existing clients.
4.5 No Setup Fee: Ledgerstone does not charge setup or onboarding fees.

All tenant screening is conducted in compliance with the Fair Housing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and applicable Pennsylvania law.
7.1 Permitted Use: You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content through our site.
7.2 Intellectual Property: All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Ledgerstone Property Management or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
7.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use automated tools to scrape site content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

Either party may terminate a Property Management Agreement in accordance with the notice provisions within that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Ledgerstone Property Management is committed to full compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.
